The Role

As one of the founding Commercial Account Executives, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and selling to new accounts, managing the entire sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for selling into our SMB, Mid-Market CPG, and retail brands ($20 M—$100 M in ARR).

This role is for you if you have a proven track record of exceeding monthly quota, thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments, and are energized by the challenge of building from the ground up. We value clear communication, accountability, and adaptability and expect strong time management and organizational skills. The total compensation for this role ranges from $180-$250K (50/50 split) with uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage prospects from lead to close.
  • Own outbound and inbound multi-threaded prospecting to retail-focused brands in CPG and retail.
  • Confidently articulate our value proposition via online Zoom technical demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene, including weekly forecast reviews via HubSpot.
  • Manage a sub-30 day sales cycle and manage a monthly quota.
  • Leverage AI & tools to increase personalization & automation of outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to provide product feedback, refine messaging, and ensure overall customer success.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brij at industry events, building market presence and nurturing relationships.
  • Travel to industry events 2-3 per quarter for industry events to build your pipeline 

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in fast-paced, early stage startup.
  • A hunter mentality with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay)
