The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to nurturing and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for building and closing a book of business with $20M+ ARR brands, with a focus on increasing ACV and reducing time-to-close.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up. We value over-communication, accountability, and adaptability and expect strong time-management and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle – Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Manage a high-value pipeline – Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities, maintaining updates in HubSpot for weekly team pipeline reviews.
  • Identify and target decision-markers for retail-focused brands in CPG, consumer electronics, and outdoor/auto tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and ensure customer success.
  • Track and optimize performance – Analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategy and conversion rates.
  • Provide product feedback – Share customer insights with the product team to help shape future product development.
  • Represent Brij – Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, building market presence and nurturing relationships.

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably at a startup or fast-paced company.
  • A hunter mentality with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay) is a plus.
