The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sales and technology by understanding customer needs and designing tailored technical solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery — from initial discovery to post-implementation success.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients – Identify and document technical requirements, business challenges, and goals.
• Develop technical solutions – Design and propose comprehensive solutions, including system architecture, integrations, and implementation strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor – Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and products to guide clients effectively.
   
• Support the sales process – Partner with sales teams to address technical concerns, present solutions, and assist in closing deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with engineering and product teams to provide feedback and suggest enhancements.
• Deliver presentations and demos – Clearly articulate solutions to clients and stakeholders through engaging discussions and live demos.
• Troubleshoot technical issues – Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage pilot programs – Oversee testing phases for new technologies, gather feedback, and drive improvements before full-scale deployment.

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role.
• Strong technical acumen in cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with system architecture, integration, and deployment methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
