The Role
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across departments. You’ll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, providing strategic insights, and supporting executive decision-making to drive growth and business impact.
You will play a key role in preparing investor updates, facilitating board and investor communication, and ensuring the company’s strategic vision is clearly communicated to stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Support executive decision-making – Partner with the executive team to provide strategic insights, manage priorities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive operational efficiency – Identify and address bottlenecks across the business to improve overall efficiency and execution.
- Lead cross-functional projects – Manage and coordinate high-impact projects across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Prepare investor updates – Work with the executive team to develop and deliver regular investor updates and board materials, providing clear insights on performance and strategic direction.
- Create executive reporting – Develop and deliver key business reports, tracking performance against strategic goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison – Ensure smooth communication and alignment between departments, resolving conflicts and driving consensus.
- Facilitate strategic planning – Own the planning and execution of quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions.
- Support business growth – Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify new business opportunities and operational improvements.
- Manage special projects – Take ownership of critical business initiatives and lead them from ideation to execution.
Who You Are
You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with private equity or venture capital investors and preparing board material.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage with both executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker) to generate insights and drive business decisions.
- Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus.
