The Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead the development and evolution of Brij’s core platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to define technical product strategy, architect scalable solutions, and own end-to-end product delivery — from problem definition to launch and iteration.

This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys digging into complex technical problems, creating intuitive products, and owning outcomes. We value creativity, system-level thinking, and a deep understanding of how things are built.

What You’ll Do

• Define product strategy – Own and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and leadership to define priorities and ensure smooth delivery.
• Think like an architect – Make informed trade-offs across performance, scalability, cost, and speed.
• Translate complex problems – Turn customer insights and technical constraints into clear product requirements and technical specs.
• Drive execution – Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Influence direction – Provide product leadership in technical conversations and decisions.
• Own metrics and impact – Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive decisions based on data.
• Mentor and lead – Bring structure and clarity to the team while helping elevate engineering/product collaboration.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform-based businesses.
• A strong technical background, ideally with experience as a software engineer or in a deeply technical product role.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, data flows, APIs, and modern web infrastructure.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and communicate solutions clearly.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Asana, JIRA, Linear, etc.
• Ability to work autonomously and with high ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to bring others along with you.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bonus: Experience working on customer data products, analytics platforms, or developer-facing tools.
