About Us

Brij is a venture-backed, high-growth software startup based in NYC. Our AI-powered platform helps omnichannel consumer brands gain valuable data to “bridge” online and offline audiences to drive revenue across channels. Our suite of tools—including warranty registration, sweepstakes & rebates—empowers brands to connect with their consumers wherever they shop. We work with some of the best brands in the world including Heineken, Feastables, Momofuku, Health-Ade, Skullcandy, and Gozney.

We’re a lean, diverse team with a bias toward action and extreme ownership. Our customer-first mindset drives everything we do, and we’re excited to build the future of omnichannel commerce.

The Role

As an Associate Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and maintaining Brij’s ecosystem of partners—spanning agencies, technology providers, and investors. You will build strong relationships, drive enablement, support deal flow, and facilitate valuable introductions. You’ll also represent Brij at industry events, helping to expand our presence and forge new connections. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone earlier in their career who is excited to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse set of partners—including agencies, tech companies, and consumer investors—to drive collaboration and mutual value.
  • Support partner enablement by providing onboarding materials, training, and ongoing resources.
  • Facilitate deal flow by identifying opportunities with partners and tracking pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and AMs to drive leads through partnerships, ensuring a seamless handoff from partner to sales.
  • Manage partner introductions and collaborations, matching them with internal stakeholders and guiding mutual engagement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent Brij, build brand awareness, scout new partners, and foster relationship-building.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnership strategies with broader company goals.
  • Assist in creating partner-focused content and collateral to support engagement and communication efforts.
  • Track and report on key partner metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with partners, agencies, technology providers, or investor relations—internships and early-stage experience count.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Crossbeam, and the broader SaaS commerce ecosystem.
  • A proactive, organized mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
  • Experience or interest in e-commerce or retail, with an understanding of their dynamics a significant plus.
  • Enthusiasm for representing a brand at events and engaging with partners face-to-face.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems, or enablement platforms.

Why Join Brij?

  • Impact: Help define and scale Brij’s partnerships strategy alongside a high-growth SaaS team.
