The Role

As a Junior Content Manager you will help grow Brij’s brand presence and bring our stories to life. You will work closely with Kait Stephens, Brij CEO and Co-Founder, as well as our Marketing Lead, supporting our marketing initiatives by creating, editing, and managing content across multiple channels—including web, email, social media, and more. You’ll collaborate with our Sales team and other cross-functional partners to produce high-impact content that educates, inspires, and engages our audience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, creative communicator who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage content for Brij’s marketing channels, including blog posts, emails, case studies, social media, and web copy
  • Support the development of thought leadership and executive communications, particularly for our CEO and leadership team
  • Assist in crafting customer success stories and turning them into compelling narratives and assets
  • Maintain and update our content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with external partners and freelancers to support content production as needed
  • Conduct research to support content creation and identify trends, topics, and opportunities
  • Ensure all content aligns with Brij’s brand voice and messaging guidelines
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop enablement materials and customer-facing collateral
  • Measure and report on content performance to inform future strategy

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (internships included)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice
  • Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus, especially in SaaS or tech-enabled services
    Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms, and social media scheduling tools is a plus
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow within a scaling startup environment
